Amanda is the co-founder of Wind + Sail Leadership Partners which was born out of the question:

How do we scale the transformational change that develops through individual coaching to communities of leaders in organizations?

When leaders learn and grow together, they positively shift together, creating waves with organizational reach.

In 2018, Amanda joined forces with an incredible coach and friend, Katrina Calihan, to build offerings that answered this call. Knowing that true leadership is as much about being as it is about doing, they set out to create unique leadership development experiences that put people to work building the skills of leadership - the hard and soft. Both types of skills are teachable, learnable, and necessary. Their results prove it.

ABOUT L6

L6 is a multi-month Leadership Training Program focused on developing organizational communities of evolved, mindful, skillful leaders. The program consists of 6 full day, in-person training onsites and 1 on 1 leadership coaching based on data from The Leadership Circle™ 360 assessment.
