MY LEADERSHIP COACHING PROCESS

Throughout our 6-month partnership we will work toward data-based goals and create breakthroughs that reverberate in positive ways for many years to come. Our partnership unfolds through 4 phases of work:

PHASE 1: LEADERSHIP X-RAY

  • Gather data, often using The Leadership Circle Profile 360 and/or interviews, to assess leadership impact and experiential reality

  • Partner to make sense of the data in relation to work and personal desired outcomes

  • Establish goals for the coaching engagement

PHASE 2: EXCAVATE & EXPERIMENT

  • In this phase, we excavate productive and unproductive mindsets, structures, and habits

  • We explore how to maximize your strengths and address barriers that hold you back

  • Through experimentation, we test new practices, rebuild your mental models, and revisit or learn new skills

PHASE 3: ZOOM OUT & REFINE

  • At the mid-point we assess our progress and solicit feedback to shape our focus for the second half of the engagement

  • In our final sessions we respond to real-time feedback as we begin to realize your goals

PHASE 4: CRYSTALLIZE

  • As we close-out our work together we lift out new insights, skills, and conditions for success

  • We crystallize key mindsets and routinize peak performance habits and we look beyond the engagement to build the foundation for continued growth
